Louisa Garland CEO of Imperial Armour takes a proactive role in being involved with all aspects of the company and in making quality and customer satisfaction a priority. Louisa leads her company in a professional and compassionate manner.
She has taught by example and sees each staff member as an individual, offering continuous mentorship and professional development across her company, resulting in the retention of staff members for many years, some of whom have between seven and 14 years of service.
She has gained the trust and confidence of both her staff and customers through her steadfast and thoughtful leadership. Louisa has a strong moral compass which serves the integrity of the company extremely well.
