Samantha Walker National Information Compliance Manager Samantha is an admitted attorney with experience in Commercial , Corporate and Labour Law. Samantha recently assisted with the establishment and development of Labournet’s Information Compliance Department and positions herself as the National Product Manager. Her aim is to provide clients with effective and up to date data privacy and commercial solutions to company issues by growing her team as well as being involved in developing tech solutions to enhance business processes. She is a POPIA and PAIA technical specialist who often extends her knowledge to corporate governance issues.
Yumnah Dowlath

Yumnah currently holds her LLB from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal and her Master of Law from University of Witwatersrand specialising in Business and Commercial law majoring in Banking and Finance and Cyber Law. She is a non-practicing admitted attorney who re-joined Labournet in 2022 to be apart of their information compliance team. Yumnah currently assists clients in helping them develop and manage effective data security programmes for their business, she is also a Consumer Protection Act technical specialist and assists businesses with aligning their processes with regulatory requirements.
James Bradnick

James has worked as an Information Compliance Consultant since 2021, assisting clients and his team with developing and managing effective information compliance programmes for their company. He is also a marketing specialist and tech enthusiast. He has been actively involved in assisting with the development of Labournet’s upcoming Inhouse Tech Platform. He is passionate about data privacy and data security problem-solving which allows him to seamlessly integrate data privacy and technology to help company’s develop up-to-date data privacy programmes. James is also actively involved in marketing and enjoys building tools in line with the new age digital marketing whilst also ensuring that they are still regulatory compliant.
