Return & Refund Policy

At KZN Top Business, we take pride in the quality of our publications. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • Damaged Items: If your publication arrives in a damaged condition, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or a refund upon verification of the damage.

  • Process: To initiate a return for a damaged item, please contact our team with your order details and a brief description (or photo) of the damage. We will guide you through the next steps to ensure the issue is resolved promptly.

  • Digital & Non-Damaged Returns: As our publications are curated legacy assets, we generally do not accept returns for items that are not damaged.
