Cycle Day Sunday Origins: Initiated in October last year by Sean Peshel, this initiative closes a 27 km loop of the M4 highway from town to Umhlanga for safe, traffic-free cycling, including a 2 km hill climb deviation. Event Details and Participation: Open to everyone (no club membership required), the non-competitive event takes place from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM with an entry fee of 57 Rand; purchase tickets online and register for a wristband the day before.
