Why do we still question whether a woman can be a successful business leader or business owner?

Through the KZN Top Business Women initiative a number of women will be given a platform to share their stories and insights.

The goal is to combat gender stereotypes and champion business women, in order to inspire other women to achieve more and to strive to live a more resilient and balanced life.

During each of the three week build up to the main event, ten of the participating women will share aspects of their stories in three panel-based webinars
