STARTERS

A choice of one of the following:


  • Fegatini Pollo | Chicken livers sautéed with onion, white wine, Napolitana sauce, chilli and fresh cream

  • Melanzane alla Parmigiana (V) | Flash-fried aubergine with rich Italian tomato sauce, melted mozzarella and a char-grilled sweet corn

  • Pork Rotolini | Rolled pork belly with wholegrain mustard, fresh garlic, orange, honey & cinnamon reduction and caramelised apple

  • Baked Prawn Padella | Six prawns with the signature padella sauce, parmesan and baked golden


MAINS

A choice of one of the following:


  • Pollo Involtini | Chicken breast, prawn & spinach with a creamy padella sauce

  • Pesce Di Mare | Grilled line fish, linguini aglio e olio, mussels, calamari with a creamy seafood sauce

  • Ravioli Verde (V) | Spinach & ricotta ravioli, creamy basil pesto, rocket and char-grilled sweet corn

  • Rump Chimichurri | 200g rump steak with roasted vegetables, herbed chimichurri butter, bone marrow and crispy parsnips

  • Arrosto di Prosciutto | 300g slow-roasted gammon with a caramelised glaze, roasted seasonal vegetables
