Investec Property, a subsidiary of the investment banking giant, has secured Naspers-owned e-commerce group Takealot to take up an expansive new distribution warehouse being developed at its new R6 billion logistics park in Durban.
The Brickworks development is Investec’s biggest property project on the go currently in SA and is being built on a 157ha site in Avoca, near the Riverhorse Valley area, which saw some of the most destruction during the KZN riots in 2021.
