The Radisson Apartments
The apartment development is expected to bring forward Radisson's standards of hospitality combined with “Scandinavian-inspired simplicity”. Positioned at the heart of Umhlanga, with proximity to both Gateway and central to the prime business and real estate. Phase one of the apartments is 40 apartment units starting from R1.75 million with no transfer duty. The location of the apartment is also quite convenient for walking, situated near Park Square and restaurants. The location is also five minutes away from Umhlanga Beach.
Investment Opportunities
This new development in Umhlanga is expected to bring investor confidence within the Umhlanga area, especially with the Radisson Group behind the project. The Radisson Group claims that after a 5-year period, investment net yield is estimated to increase 12.7%.
