The countdown to one of KwaZulu-Natal’s biggest entertainment experiences has officially begun, as Gagasi FM, The Sound of KZN, announces the date for the 13th Annual Gagasi FM Beach Fest, taking place on Saturday, 5 December 2026 at Moses Mabhida Stadium’s People’s Park.
A firm favourite on the KZN entertainment calendar, Gagasi FM Beach Fest returns in 2026 with a promise of an unforgettable day of music, entertainment and summer energy. This year’s edition carries even greater significance as Gagasi FM celebrates 20 years on the airwaves, making the 13th Annual Beach Fest part of a landmark year for The Sound of KZN.
“We are incredibly excited to announce the date for the 13th Annual Gagasi FM Beach Fest, especially during such a significant year for the station. Twenty years on air is a milestone worth celebrating, and Beach Fest is one of the biggest opportunities for us to bring our listeners together and celebrate in true Gagasi FM style,” says Pinky Myeni – HOD Commercial Hub Gagasi FM.
With the event set to take place at the iconic Moses Mabhida Stadium’s People’s Park, listeners can expect an epic summer experience designed to bring together music lovers and Gagasi FM listeners for a day to remember. While the highly anticipated artist line-up remains under wraps for now, Gagasi FM confirms that artist announcements will continue throughout September 2026, building excitement towards the biggest Beach Fest yet.
Tickets are officially on sale from TicketPro, Pick n Pay and Spar, with General Access phase 1 general access tickets available at R350 from the 4th of September – 4 October thereafter at R400 for second phase. VIP tickets are available for R1000. Gagasi FM is calling on all Beach Fest lovers to save the date, secure their tickets and get ready for an epic celebration as the station marks 20 years of being the sound of KwaZulu-Natal. Listeners are encouraged to
secure their tickets now to avoid disappointment since Beach Fest has sold out tickets a month prior to the event for the past two years.
