The turnkey project scope includes plan drawing and council submission, ground preparation, foundations, and floor slab, Elangeni steel reinforced concrete walling, complete roof including SABS timber roof trusses, barge board, facia, gutters, windows, doors, plastering, ceilings, painting, plumbing and electrical including connections.
