I am studying the impact of "business culture" when UK founders establish a business, and/or expand an existing UK business to South Africa. My aim is to try to quantify and qualify perceptions of UK and South African business cultural traits, and then to incorporate views on the principles on which these founders have built their organisational culture.
I would like to compare how "successful" these organisations have been, in order to help determine whether UK business founders will benefit by implementing traditional UK cultures in South Africa, or whether they need to be more fluid and implement a localised South African culture.
